This is a historic program and it’s only right that we hear about it from them directly. This interview with Nick Gouché, Senior Vice President and cofounder of Legacy Home Loans was monumental. Nick has been named as a top %1 Mortgage Professional multiple times. Nick co founded the company in 2019 with Ben Slayton, who became the first black realtor in America in 1964.
